An in-depth experience of coaching principles, values, and tools designed to help participants communicate effectively, collaborate with challenging individuals, and understand behavior change through structured coaching frameworks.

This cohort includes both foundational and advanced badge pathways within the same tuition.
Participants who complete all required videos and quizzes and demonstrate foundational competency will earn the six foundational module badges. Most participants who fully complete the videos and quizzes and participate in peer coaching earn these six badges.
The four advanced badges are performance-based and require higher-level demonstrated skill in recorded sessions. Not every participant will earn the four advanced badges—these are awarded to those who demonstrate proficiency according to advanced rubrics.
Some participants, particularly those with prior experience or advanced training, may earn them within this cohort.

During odd weeks, plan for approximately 2 hours of video instruction plus time for reflection prompts, applied exercises, and a quiz or check-in. During even weeks, plan for a one-hour peer coaching session plus time for notes and reflection. Most participants find 3–4 focused hours per week sufficient.
The program is accessible but rigorous. Entry-level leaders gain structure and language for coaching instead of managing. If you are willing to practice, reflect, and receive feedback, you will be supported. If you have no background in leadership or coaching and are not yet serving others, this may not be the best starting point.
Peer coaching weeks are intentionally flexible. Once partners are assigned, you and your peer coach coordinate directly to select a time that works within that even week. You are responsible for honoring the commitment and showing up prepared.
